Pietro Macari...

Da Vinci's is owned and managed by husband and wife team Pietro and Sabrina Macari. The Macari family came originally from Montattico, a small town (in the province of Frosinone) in Italy. Saverio Macari came to Ireland some 40 years ago and started in the catering business. Pietro decided to follow the footsteps of his father into the catering industry.

Pietros aim was to introduce the art of Italian cuisine to the local community. He started by opening a pizza parlour to test the market. The response from the public was so overwhelming that 5 years ago he decided open DaVinci's - after a short period the original premises was expanded to cater for exer increasing demand ... the rest is history.

At Da Vinci's we pride ourselves in the knowledge that only the finest, freshest ingredients are used during the preparation of our food. All our chefs are expertly trained in the art of Italian cuisine and are committed to offering you the highest quality food at reasonable prices. We do our best to cater for all tastes, if there is any particular dish not included in our menu that you would like, please do not hesitate to let us know.

Specialists...

DaVincis specialise in home made fresh pasta which (like the pizza dough) is made daily on the premises. We import the necessary ingredients to give our food the authentic Italian taste and employ an international team of chefs to ensure that cuisine while Italian can be enhancing with different tastes.
